RT Journal Article T1 Estudio sedimentológico de la sucesión con nuevos niveles de vertebrados fósiles del Mioceno inferior de Lardero (La Rioja) T1 SedimentologicaI study of the succession with new fossil vertebrate layers from the Lower Miocene of Lardero (LaRioja, Spain) A1 Hernández, José María A1 García Fernández, S. A1 Caballero, F. A1 Muñoz Jiménez, Arsenio A1 Murelaga, Xabier AB In the Lardero continental outcrops (Ebro Basin) interesting fossil vertebrate layers have appeared that are included in the biozone Z of the Ramblian (MN2b-MN3). The sedimentary succession has been interpreted as an alluvial system with well developed lutitic sediments in the interchannel areas, and sand and gravel bodies in the channel system. Finally, marls appear as grey intercalations representing not very extensive ponds where the listed fauna have been found PB Sociedad Geológica de España YR 2003 FD 2003 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10272/9047 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10272/9047 LA spa DS Repositorio Institucional de la Universidad de Huelva RD 29 may 2026
