T1 La innmigración comunitaria : oferta y yacimiento de empleo en la provincia de Almería

AB El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en presentar las características más importantes quedefinen al colectivo de extranjeros comunitarios, tanto en lo que respecta a su perfilsociodemográfico, como de su inserción laboral y de las posibilidades que ofrece comoyacimiento de empleo. Para ello, se recurre a destacar la importancia de los ciudadanoscomunitarios afincados en España, Andalucía y Almería, pues presentan notablesdiferencias con respecto al resto de extranjeros. Con todo ello, las principales conclusionesque se extraen tras estudiar el colectivo de extranjeros comunitarios sugierenun mayor equilibrio entre sexos, una menor tasa de actividad, un importante núcleode trabajadores por cuenta propia y cierta concentración en municipios pequeños.Además, el análisis de la tasa de dependencia de los países que componen la UE [27]invita a pensar en la oportunidad que ofrece la potenciación del turismo residencialde la tercera edad, especialmente en Europa.
AB The aim of this paper is to present the most important features that define the group ofEU foreigners, both in terms of their sociodemographic profile, as their labor marketand the possibilities it offers as a source of employment. For it is used to emphasizethe importance of EU citizens based in Spain, Andalusia and Almería, they presentsignificant differences with respect to other foreigners. In all, the main conclusionsdrawn after studying the group of EU foreigners suggest a greater gender balance, alower rate of participation in the labor market, an important core of self-employedand some concentration in small towns. In addition, analysis of the dependencyratio of the countries comprising the EU [27] encourages thinking about the opportunityoffered by the residential tourism of the third age, especially in Europe.
