AB Este trabajo aborda el conocimiento especializado de futuros profesoresde matemáticas de secundaria de Perú, en torno a la conceptualizaciónde los cuadriláteros, empleando el MTSK. Enfoca el conocimiento deestos profesores cuando definen los cuadriláteros en un cuestionario derespuesta abierta, planifican una sesión de clase y la ejecutan.Corresponde a un estudio instrumental de casos, perteneciente a unainvestigación interpretativa más amplia. Estos proponen definicionesdescriptivas y particionales, sin cuestionar la necesidad y suficiencia delas propiedades que incluyen.
AB This paper deals with the specialized knowledge of pre-servicesecondary Mathematics teachers from Peru, about the conceptualizationof quadrilaterals, using the MTSK model. We focus on understandingwhat their knowledge is like when they define quadrilaterals in an openresponsequestionnaire, plan a lesson and execute it. The research is aninstrumental case study belonging to a broader interpretativeinvestigation. They propose descriptive and partitional definitions,without questioning the necessity and sufficiency of the properties thatthey include.
