AB La pregunta por la justa medida es hoy especialmente urgente.Paradójicamente, si nuestro sistema no crece, se derrumba la sociedadque genera, con graves consecuencias sobre todo para los sectores menosfavorecidos por dicho paradigma; pero si crece como hasta ahora, lo que sedesploma en el horizonte es el ecosistema del cual formamos parte y, conello, nuestro futuro. Partiendo de la imposibilidad de un crecimiento exponencialfuturo que el capitalismo ha necesitado hasta ahora para imponersu promesa de bienestar, ¿cómo generar (también en las periferias) unavida que merezca la pena ser vivida?
AB The question regarding the proper measure is nowdayas especiallyurgent. Paradoxically, if our system does not grow, it collapses the societythat generates, with serious consequences mainly for the less well-offsectors by this paradigm; but if it grows as it has done so far, what collapseson the horizon is the ecosystem we are part of and, with it, our future. Onthe basis on the impossibility of a future exponential growth that capitalismhas until now needed to impose its promise of welfare, how is it possible togenerate (also in the peripheries) a life that is worth living?
