T1 La estructura organizativa de la Delegación Provincial de la Sección Femenina de Huelva

AB En este estudio se da a conocer la estructura organizativa de la Delegación Provincial de la Sección Femenina de Huelva, órgano encargado de la formación de la mujer en esta provincia española durante el franquismo. Se recogen las competencias y funciones de cada cargo o unidad orgánica y la de sus unidades internas, así como las personas que ocuparon los cargos o empleos más destacados en la Sección Femenina onubense. La Delegación Provincial onubense participó de la estructura asignada a las jurisdiciones provinciales, con una menor vertebración interna que la estructura nacional, y donde se dió una genérica estabilización progresiva en el personal que fue ocupando cada puesto. Sin embargo, no faltaron Servicios con frecuentes cambios de regentes, ni Servicios que durante algún período estuvieron aglutinados con otros bajo una misma titular, ni personas que hicieron carrera en la organización ocupando puestos de progresiva responsabilidad.________________________In this survey we are shown theorganizational structure of the "Delegación Provincial" of the "Sección Femenina" in Huelva. This organ tookcharge of women formation in thisSpanish province during the Francoperiod. This report contains thefunctions and competences of eachpost or organic unit an those of theirinner constituents, and the people whowere in charge of different posts ofthe "Sección Femenina onubense" . The"Delegación Provincial" in Huelva hada lesser inner structuring than thenational structure and the general andprogressive stabilización. Nevertheless,there were services which sufferedseveral changes of director managing,services which were dransn tagetherby just one official for a period of timeand people who made headway in theorganization filling posts of aprogressive responsibility.
