T1 Acoso sexual en el trabajo : un acercamiento al hilo de la ley 50/1998 de medidas ficales, administrativas y del orden social

AB El presente artículo pretende dar a conocer el problema del acoso sexual en el trabajo como unasunto de especial relevancia en las relaciones de trabajo, y en la que se ven afectados derechos fundamentalesde la persona tales como el derecho a la intimidad, a la dignidad, a la integridad sexual,etc. Para comprender el alcance del fenómeno y el tratamiento jurídico que le dispensa la Ley 50/1998de Medidas fiscales, administrativas y del orden social, se analizan entre otros factores el concepto deacoso sexual, cómo puede afectar a las relaciones de trabajo, qué factores explican la aparición de estoscomportamientos y cuál es la incidencia que tiene en España.____________________________The present article seeks to give to know the problem of the sexual harassment in the work likea matter of special relevance in the work relationships, and in the one that the such person's fundamentalrights are affected as the right to the intimacy, to the dignity, to the sexual integrity, etc.To understand the reach of the phenomenon and the juridical treatmente that him dispensation theLaw 50/1998 of fiscal, administrative measures and of the social order, I have analyzed among otherfactors the concept of sexual harassment, how it can affect to the work relationships, what factorsexplain the appearance of these behaviors and which it is the incidence that has in Spain.
