AB La Protección a la Infancia es un tema que ha persistido a través de la historia y ha sido estudiada desde diferentes ámbitos. Desde 1989, la Convención delos Derechos del Niño en 1989 planteó una serie detemas que vulneran los derechos de esta poblacióna nivel mundial. La incidencia de estos temas en cadapaís varía y es determinante en la realidad de este colectivo. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fuelocalizar las investigaciones que se han realizado entemas de protección a la infancia en Colombia y Andalucía durante las últimas dos décadas (2012-2023) yanalizar sus implicaciones. Los resultados permitieronvislumbrar que temas como el abuso sexual infantily el maltrato son prevalentemente investigados enestos territorios y cómo estos temas configuran elpanorama infantil y las sugerencias de protección ygarantía de derechos que se realizan desde el ámbitoacadémico, político y social
AB Child Protection is an issue that has persistedthroughout history and has been studied from different areas. Since 1989 the Convention on the Rightsof the Child in 1989, a series of issues have been raised that violate the rights of this population worldwide. The incidence and prevalence of these issuesin each country vary and are determining factors inthe reality of this group in each territory. The objective of this research work was to locate the publishedresearch which carried out on child protection issuesin Colombia and Andalusia during the last two decades (2012-2023) and analyze its implications. The results showed us that topics such as child sexual abuseand mistreatment are the most investigated in theseterritories and how these topics shape the child panorama and the advices for protection and guaranteeof rights suggested from the academic, political, andsocial spheres
