AB Se analiza un informe de 1880 sobre las obras de reparación necesarias en la Catedral de Sevilla, realizadopor los arquitectos Manuel Portillo y Juan Talavera. El documento presenta ciertas diferencias conlos estudios posteriormente efectuados por Adolfo Fernández Casanova, director de las importantes obrasde restauración emprendidas en el edifi cio entre 1882 y 1889.
AB This study analyzes the 1880 report by architects Manuel Portillo and Juan Talavera on the restorationworks needed in the Cathedral of Seville (Spain). The document shows some interesting differences withthe diagnosis subsequently done by Adolfo Fernández Casanova, director of the important restoration wokscarried out in the building from 1882 to 1889.
