RT Journal Article T1 Estructuras extensionales tardías en la granodiorita de Veiga (Arco Hercínico de Galicia) T1 Late extensional structures in the Veiga granodiorite (Hercynian Are, NW Spairt) A1 Román Berdiel, Teresa A1 Casas Sainz, Antonio A1 Pueyo Morer, Emilio L. AB At the western border of the Veiga granodiorite (Hercynian Arc of Galicia), C-S structures coexist with brittle mesostructures (faults and dykes corresponding to the late stages of emplacement). C and S structures indicate that the cooling of magma was coeval with the Chandoiro fault, a N-S striking normal fault with a N280E hanging wall displacement direction. Brittle structures were analysed by means of the Right Dihedra, Right Trihedra and Etchecopar's methods. They are consistent with a NW-SE extension direction and à vertical c, axis. The coincidence between the two extension directions means that the stress regime under which the granitoid Intruded maintained during the post-cooling stage PB Sociedad Geológica de España YR 1997 FD 1997 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10272/10553 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10272/10553 LA spa DS Repositorio Institucional de la Universidad de Huelva RD 30 may 2026
