AB La educación y el sistema educativo de una sociedad conforman un sistema complejo donde es difíciltanto definir las metas concretas como medir el éxito o fracaso en términos reales. Sólo nos podemosaproximar a ello con indicadores como la tasa de fracaso escolar o los informes de las distintas agenciasinternacionales. Pero la verdadera eficacia de un sistema educativo sólo es medible en términos del éxitoy el bienestar que una sociedad pueda alcanzar y la cuota que en ello le competa a la educación de susciudadanos.El análisis de un sistema tan complejo como este nos lleva a desestimar los aspectos más concretos.Centrarnos en el análisis de la coherencia del sistema y las acciones normativas que deben dirigirse tanto aella como a propiciar las sinergias necesarias entre los distintos actores. Un elemento fundamental en estesistema es la formación del profesorado. En él, la relación entre el Sistema Educativo y las Universidadesnos llevan a analizar las necesarias sinergias que deben propiciarse para dirigir este sistema complejo enuna dirección coherente.El contexto del EEES aporta algunas oportunidades para lograr este objetivo genérico. Habremos debasar su implantación en el desarrollo de sistemas que permitan sinergias eficaces y obvien las tendenciasal corporativismo y el enfrentamiento entre instituciones.
AB Education and educational system make a complex system in a society where it is difficult to define not onlyits specific goals, but also the measurement of both success and failure in real terms. We can only approachthis goal with useful indicators such as the drop-out rate or the reports by international organizations. Butthe real efficiency of a school system can only be weighed up in terms of the success and social welfare state,regarding the part that citizens get for their own education.The analysis of such a complex system like this takes us to reject its most concrete aspects. We will, thus,focus our attention in the analysis of the coherence of the system and its ruling actions, as well as theencouragement of the necessary synergies among the participants. Teaching staff is a major and fundamentalelement in this system. Within it the relationship between the education and Universities takes us to analyzethe concordances necessary to lead such a complex system towards a coherent direction.The EHEA background contributes with appropriate opportunities to reach this generic goal.
