AB La migración es una realidad en la historia de la humanidad con diversas causas y características.Los movimientos migratorios requieren formas de protección diferenciada e individualizada paratratar a las personas en todas las etapas de los movimientos migratorio. El sistema interamericano hadestacado la necesidad de garantizar los derechos humanos de migrantes y la adopción de medidas deprotección efectiva por parte de los Estados.
AB Migration is a reality in the history of humanity with various causes and characteristics. Migratorymovements require differentiated and individualized forms of protection to treat people at all stages ofmigratory movements. The inter-American system has highlighted the need to guarantee the human rightsof migrants and the adoption of effective protection measures by States.
