AB Nuestro objetivo en este artículo es mostrar cómo la lectura temprana queGarcía Márquez hizo de la novela de Hawthorne tuvo un impacto tan grande sobre élque le influiría muchos años más tarde en su obra maestra, en el tratamiento literariode aspectos tales como la casa, la culpa, el viento o las sagas familiares.
AB Our aim in this article is to show how the early lecture that García Márquezdid of Hawthorne’s novel had such a great impact in him that would influence manyyears later in his great masterpiece in the literary treatment of aspects such as thehouse, the guilt, the wind or the family sagas.
