Physical Review D, 111(11). https://doi.org/10.1103/399s-4jrq2470-00102470-0029 (electrónico)https://hdl.handle.net/10272/27443We report the first Dyson-Schwinger equation predictions for the leading-twist distribution amplitudes of the 𝐵*, 𝐵*𝑠, and 𝐵*𝑐 mesons, and extend the investigation to a broader set of heavy-light pseudoscalar/vector mesons. Numerical analysis shows that, in flavor-asymmetric systems, the distribution amplitude is skewed toward the heavier quark, with the position of the maximum ∼𝑀𝑓𝐸/(𝑀𝑓𝐸 +𝑀𝑔 𝐸), where 𝑀𝐸 is the Euclidean constituent quark mass and 𝑓, 𝑔 denote the quark flavors. Spin effects are found to be subleading compared to the influence of valence-quark composition, and lead to heavier quarks carrying more light-front momentum in vector mesons than in their pseudoscalar counterparts. Our results can be compared with both experimental and theoretical outcomes in the future.engAttribution 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Particle interactionPhenomenologyQuantum chromodynamicsParticle propertiesDistribution amplitudes of heavy-light pseudoscalar and vector mesons from Dyson-Schwinger equations frameworkjournal article10.1103/399s-4jrqopen access2212 Física Teórica
