Se propone la elaboración de una ley orgánica que permita dar cobijo a estos modelos y, al mismo tiempo, satisfacer intereses encontrados de la Universidad, las Administraciones educativas y los propios profesores. Este «escenario» debe prever soluciones para las cuestiones de integración que se mencionan y concebir la formación de profesores como un currículo abiertoStarting from the recognized failure of the Pedagogical Aptitude Certificate (CAP) and the gloomy predictions about the Pedagogical Qualification Course (CCP), some pertinent characteristics and perspectives are presented in the models for the initial formation of Secondary teachers. It is proposed the elaboration of an organic law that allows to give shelter to these models and, at the same time, satisfy the conflicting interests of the University, the educational Administrations and the professors themselves.
