We have analysed the theoretic meaning of the parameters Involved in the model upon applying it to a simple scheme of the emptying of two karstic aquifers. We have also Indicated the types of transformations necessary to apply these models to the flow series which lack normality and having a strong periodic component. From our results we point out the advantages of using this type of model, and discuss the physical significance of the parameters obtained, from hydrodynamic standpointspaAtribución-NoComercial-SinDerivadas 3.0 Españahttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/ARMA modelTime-seriesKarstic springEl Torcal AquiferSimat de Valdigna AquiferAnálisis de series temporales de dos manantiales kársticos mediante la aplicación de modelos ARMATime-series analysis of two karstic springs by the application of ARMA modelsjournal articleopen access
