    Nuevas tecnologías y nuevos riesgos laborales : estrés y tecnoestrés

    Tanto el apego excesivo a las TICS, como el rechazo frontal a las mismas, da lugar a patrones de comportamiento disfuncionales. Aunque ambas posturas son potencialmente perjudiciales, en este artículo vamos a detenernos en la primera, debido a su relación con uno de los factores más perjudiciales para el logro de la calidad de vida en el trabajo: el estrés, y más concretamente en este caso, el tecnoestrés.____________________________Both the excessive attachment to the ICT, as the rejection front to them, leads to dysfunctional behavioral patterns. Although both positions are potentially harmful, in this article we will stop at first, because of its relationship with one of the most damaging factors for achieving the quality of life at work: stress, and more specifically in this case, the tecnoestrés.

    Algunas reflexiones sobre la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores autónomos a propósito de la aprobación del estatuto del trabajo autónomo

    El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la aproximación a la nueva regulación del Estatuto del Trabajo Autónomo, en cuanto a la previsión de reglas sobre seguridad y salud para los trabajadores autónomos, analizadas desde la normativa preventiva ya existente con anterioridad al mismo. Lo que se propone es una reflexión sobre aquellas cuestiones que aún resultan insuficientes para una adecuada protección de estos trabajadores por cuenta propia, sobre aquellas otras que precisan de alguna interpretación sistemática, y, en definitiva, sobre las principales novedades aportadas por el LETA en la materia._____________________________This work is aimed at rapprochement with the new regulations of the Statute of the Autonomous Labor, on the anticipation of rules on safety and health for the selfemployed, analyzed from the existing preventive legislation prior to it. What is proposed is a reflection on those issues which are still insufficient for adequate protection of these self-employed, those which require interpretation of any systematic, and ultimately on the main novelties introduced by the LET in matter.
