Geotermometría de las anfibolitas de Acebuches en el sector de Almonaster la Real (Huelva)

Abstract

The amphibole-plagioclase geothermometer has been applied to three representative samples of the Acebuches amphibolites (Aracena massif). The results imply the existence of high temperature (900-750ºC) ductile shear affecting part of this massif. Los resultados muestran la existencia de alta temperatura (900º-750ºC) de cizalla dúctil que afecta a parte del macizo. La evolución termal es compatible con los modelos tectónicos en los cuales un bloque a alta temperatura se enfrió y, al mismo tiempo, se deformó mucho.
