dc.description.abstractCore resources and attractors have long been at the center of studies on the competitiveness of tourist destinations. However, such studies treat factors of appeal in a cumulative way without, or at least rarely, integrating the perspectives of both supply and demand. Our paper intends to verify whether the scale of importance of the attractors detains an absolute value or whether such value varies on the basis of type of destination. The study proposes a model of analysis of destination appeal which takes into account the perception that both hotel management and potential tourists have of such attractors.en_US
dc.description.abstractLos recursos principales y los atractivos han sido durante mucho tiempo el centro de los estudios sobre competitividad y destinos turísticos. Sin embargo, dichos estudios tratan los factores de apelación de forma acumulativa sin, o al menos raramente, integrar las perspectivas de la oferta y la demanda. Nuestro artículo intenta verificar si la escala de importancia de los atractivos retiene un valor absoluto o si dicho valor varia en función del tipo de destino. El estudio propone un modelo de análisis de destino que tiene en cuenta la percepción de que la gestión del hotel y los potenciales turistas tienen de tales atractivos.
