Emociones de un formador de maestros enseñando Didáctica de las Matemáticas en un contexto online

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es caracterizar las emociones que moviliza y declara sentir una formadora de maestros durante algunas sesiones impartiendo la asignatura de “Matemáticas y su Didáctica I”. A través de un estudio de caso instrumental y desde una perspectiva interpretativa se explora y analiza cómo influye en ellas el cambio de docencia a un contexto online debido al COVID-19. El modelo OCC de la estructura cognitiva de las emociones permite identificarlas y clasificarlas en base a la situación desencadenante y su valoración interna (sistema propio de metas, normas y actitudes). El análisis muestra las formas de procesamiento de información de la formadora y sus estrategias de afrontamiento ante las realidades que se le presentan. El estudio proporciona herramientas de conocimiento de los objetivos, actitudes y concepciones del docente a través de sus emociones, un primer paso para mejorar su gestión en el futuro

The aim of this study is to characterise the emotions mobilisedand declared by a teacher edu-cator during some sessions teaching the subject of “Mathematics and its Didactics I”. Through an instru-mental case study and from an interpretative perspective, we explore and analysehow the change of teach-ing to an online context due to COVID-19 influences them. The OCC model of the cognitive structure of emotions makes it possible to identify and classify them based on the triggering situation and their inter-nal appraisal (own system of goals, norms and attitudes). The analysis shows the ways in which the teacher educator processes information and her coping strategies in the face of the realities she is dealing with. The studyprovides tools for understanding the objectives, attitudes and conceptions of teachers through their emotions, a first step towards improving the management of these emotions in the future
