Abstract
La nueva economía supone nuevos retos para los trabajadores, ya que se requieren
niveles más elevados de conocimiento, actualización continua y permanente de la información, adquisición de nuevas competencias tecnológicas, pensamiento crítico y capacidad de síntesis, entre
otras. Lo anterior hace evidente, por tanto, la necesidad de evolucionar los sistemas educativos
actuales para seguir preparando a las personas aprovechando las ventajas que ofrecen las nuevas
tecnologías de la información y la comunicación. El u-Learning o aprendizaje ubicuo, disponible
desde distintos canales al mismo tiempo y en un entorno totalmente distribuido, describe el conjunto
de actividades formativas apoyadas en la tecnología, accesibles en cualquier lugar y de cualquier
forma. Este trabajo presenta la red de especialistas tendiente a estructurar un modelo de enseñan- za-aprendizaje ubicuo, colaborativo, inclusivo y permanente, a partir del uso de herramientas tecno- lógicas actuales, recogiendo un amplio abanico de aplicaciones y procesos que podrán ser accesibles
desde diferentes medios de comunicación, utilizando diferentes dispositivos de interacción permi- tiendo no solo aprender continuamente sino adquirir competencias comunicativas, de cooperación
y trabajo grupal
The new economy brings new challenges to workers as higher levels of knowledge, continuous and constant updating of information, acquiring new technological skills, critical thinking and synthesis capacity are required, among others. This is evident, therefore, the need to evolve today to continue preparing people taking advantage offered by new information technologies and communication education systems. The u-Learning and ubiquitous learning, available from different channels at the same time and in a fully distributed environment, describe the set of training activities supported technology, accessible anywhere and in any form. This paper presents the network of specialists aimed at structuring a model of teaching and learning ubiquitous, collaborative, inclusive and ongoing, effective use of existing technological tools, collecting a wide range of applications and processes that may be accessible from different media using different interaction devices allowing not only learn but continuously acquire communication skills, cooperation and teamwork
