El autor analiza el art. 36.3 de la Convención, acerca de la violencia
sexual ejercida por un cónyuge, conjugando las perspectivas del Derecho Civil,
Penal, Internacional y Canónico para alcanzar una adecuada comprensión de la
norma y de las obligaciones que comporta para España.
The Author analyzes the article 36 §3 of the Convention, about sexual violence by a spouse, combining the points of view of Civil, Criminal, International and Canon Law to achieve a proper understanding of the meaning of that prescript and the duties imposed by it to Spain.
