Los agentes sociales se lanzan la responsabilidad educativa de unos a otros. Los profesores y la escuela en general afirman en muchas ocasiones que no tienen por qué suplir el trabajo de la familia. La familia, no se entiende con la escuela ni la apoya. Todos, la sociedad en general, la escuela y la familia, culpan en gran medida a la televisión de la pérdida gradual de los valores mientras deja los hijos a su cuidado. Las grandes cadenas, por otra parte, no atienden a su responsabilidad socializadora y dejan en manos de la familia el control de los horarios en los que sus hijos están ante el televisor.
