Abstract
Durante las últimas décadas han aparecido numerosas propuestas acerca de las fases o etapas de la formación deportiva. Tras
analizar más de treinta clasificaciones, nos hemos encontrado con que muy pocas de ellas contemplan en profundidad la etapa de
iniciación deportiva. La mayoría incluyen fases relativas a la iniciación, desarrollo y especialización deportiva. Nuestro trabajo se
centra en la iniciación deportiva, considerando aspectos como las características psicoevolutivas de los chicos y chicas entre 8-9
y 12-13 años, el enfoque alternativo de la enseñanza de los deportes y la adaptación progresiva de los materiales y las reglas. La
propuesta que presentamos pretende plantear una adecuada progresión en la enseñanza del deporte.
During the last decades, a great amount of proposals have appeared related to the phases or stages of the sports training. After researching almost 30 classifications, we have found out that a few of them have carried out the sports introduction stage in depth. Most of them include phases related to the early physical education, sports introduction, development and specialization. Our work is centred on the sports initiation, considering aspects as the psicoevolutive characteristics of the children between 8-9 and 12-13 years old, the alternative approach of sports teaching and the progressive adaptation of materials and rules. Our proposal, therefore, expects to propose a suitable progression in the sport teaching.
