La industria pesquera y conservera púnico-gaditana : balance de la investigación : nuevas perspectivas

Abstract

En este trabajo pretendemos presentar las últimas novedades que recoge la arqueología sobre el tema en la ciudad de Cádiz. Son de gran relevancia, puesto que retrotraen los orígenes de las actividades industriales, hasta el s. VI a.C. Por otra parte, en esta publicación tratamos de hacer un análisis histórico evolutivo, bajo la perspectiva de la producción, y de la importancia del comercio. Proponemos diferentes hipótesis y nuevas propuestas basadas tanto en las fuentes literarias como en las contribuciones arqueológicas de los últimos quince años.

In this work, we intend to present the last novelties that archaeology presents on the topic of discussion in the city of Cádiz. These are of relevant importance, since they date back the origins of theol industrial activites to, at least, the 6m century B.C. On the other hand, in this publication we attempt to accomplish a historical-evolutive trial, in the perspective of the production as well as of the perspective of the production as well as of the importante of comerce.
