La investigación-acción colaborativa : ¿un eslogan o una necesidad?

Abstract

En este trabajo las autoras ofrecen una visión de la formación del profesorado caracterizada por el desarrollo de una cultura colaborativa y basada en la investigación-acción. Para ello, parten del planteamiento de que en una situación crítica de reestructuración y descentralización del Sistema Educativo, de cierto malestar docente y fuerte competitividad entre los centros, situación que reclama una mayor calidad educativa, es preciso insistir de nuevo en el papel del profesorado y, por ende, de su formación, que debe pasar necesariamente por el desarrollo profesional del profesorado «en» y «desde» el propio centro educativo.

In this work, the authors offer a vision of teacher training characterized by the development of a collaborative culture based on action research. To do this, they start from the proposition that in a critical situation of restructuring and decentralization of the Educational System, of certain teacher unrest and strong competitiveness among the centers, a situation that demands a higher educational quality, it is necessary to insist again on the role of the teaching staff and , therefore, of their training, which must necessarily pass through the professional development of teachers "in" and "from" the educational center itself.
