Abstract
Como en otros periodos históricos, un fenómeno discontinuidad tecnológica como el
que representan la Ia, la robótica o la algoritmia rpa (robotic process automation) genera una
profunda incertidumbre en términos socio-económicos y laborales. En consecuencia, todo tipo de
organismos de todos los continentes han comenzado a publicar sus vaticinios sobre cómo impactará
esta nueva revolución digital en el empleo, creándose dos visiones muy diferentes, y en muchas
ocasiones completamente contrapuestas. lamentablemente, el elevado número de estudios, sus
heterogéneos ámbitos de análisis y sus conclusiones dispares han creado, por un lado, un déficit de
conocimiento, y por otro, confusión y alarmismo mediático.
Este trabajo recopila y traspone los hallazgos de estos estudios a la realidad del mercado laboral
español, trasladando la metodología original a la realidad de nuestro mercado de trabajo, con el
objetivo final de configurar un documento comparativo, neutral y riguroso que pueda servir con guía
referencial

Consequently, many organizations from all continents have published their predictions about how this new digital revolution will effect on employment, creating two very different visions, and in many cases completely opposed. unfortunately, the high number of studies, their heterogeneous study areas and their different conclusions have created, on the one hand, a knowledge deficit, and on the other, confusion and media alarmism. this work collects and transposes the findings of these studies to the reality of the Spanish labour market, transferring the original methodology to reality of our labour market, with the objective of shape a comparative, neutral and rigorous document that can serve with reference guide
