Abstract

Se trata de estudiar la realidad práctica y judicial de la intervención del Fondo de Garantía Salarial (FGS) en el concurso, como garante o controlador de los múltiples aspectos laborales existentes en el concurso mercantil y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones sociales (salariales e indemnizatorias). Analizando el objeto de su protección, la intervención concreta, su documentación y justificación, desde la recopilación de resoluciones judiciales al caso.
