Abstract

El presente documento tiene como propósito el reflexionar en torno a la relación que guardan los derechos humanos con el sistema de justicia penal acusatorio, analizando los principios, obligaciones y deberes estatales que tienen las autoridades a partir de la reforma constitucional de 2011.This paper aims to discuss the relationship between human rights and the accusatory system of criminal justice. It analyzes the principles, rights and duties given to the authorities by the constitutional reform implemented in 2011.
