Abstract
The record of the Passendorferiinae genus Geyssantia is noticed from the Sierra Norte (Mallorca). This is the first published record of this genus in epioceanic ammonitico rosso facies. As mainly registered in the Iberian Chain, this rare record has been found in the Bimammatum Zone
