Los equipos de orientación educativa : procesos de constitución y evolución : análisis de la realidad actual en la provincia de Huelva y perspectivas de futuro

Abstract

Esta tesis examina el origen y la evolución de los Equipos de Orientación en España en sus diferentes períodos, priorizando desde la Ley General de Educación de 1970 hasta la actualidad. Se analiza el concepto de orientación desde la antigüedad hasta nuestros días. Describiendo las diferencias existentes entre Comunidades Autónomas cuando han adquirido las competencias en educación y los territorios han legislado independientemente apareciendo modelos peculiares. Nos centramos en Andalucía, contexto de nuestra investigación. Estudiamos el Plan de Orientación por su vital importancia para definir la estructura y niveles en los que se sustentan estos servicios. Finalmente, ponemos la atención en Huelva. Se realiza una revisión teórica del concepto de orientación y su relación con la educación y la enseñanza, analizando las distintas perspectivas: escolar, vocacional, profesional y personal, así mismo se recopilan tesis e investigaciones de otros autores sobre tema para centrarnos en la provincia de Huelva(Andalucía-España).

--------------------------------------------------------------------This thesis examines the origin and evolution of Educational Guidance Teams in Spain and the status of guidance in the period before the General Education Law (LGE) of 1970. We review the concept of guidance from antiquity to the present. This also describes the differences in various regions and how the transfer of competencies in the educational field makes each territory legislate independently, appearing in each, a mosaic of many different models. These differences developed in Andalusia, as such, it is the context where our research takes place. We study the Guidance Plan for Andalusia, due to its vital role in redefining services and proposals, structure and levels of guidance. Finally we focus attention on the province of Huelva. From a theoretical perspective the orientation and relationship between teaching and education is justified and analyzed from a professional, vocational, scholarship and personal approach. We outline further research on the subject by other authors in different contexts, to engage in the study of Educational Guidance Teams in the province of Huelva.
