Abstract
Estudios futuros
deberían de confirmar estos datos iniciales
It is exposed the intervention on depressive symptoms, psichotic symptoms both positive and negative, and perceived disability of a female patient with a psychotic disorder. Treatment consisted in 14 sessions of Behavioral Activation Therapy. Pretreatment measures (BDI, PANSS, SDI) show a significant improvement. Depressive disorder was in remission and we find a remarkable improvement in symptoms, psychotic as well as general symptomatology. There was a decrease in the levels of perceived disability, from marked affectation to some mild levels after treatment. These results were maintained at follow-up of 16 weeks. Further studies should confirm these initial data
