Democracia 4.0 : desrepresentación en el voto telemático de las leyes

Abstract

Democracia 4.0 es un trabajo de base jurídica materializado formalmente en una Petición (29CE) que reclama el derecho a votar directamente las normas que se aprueban en una cámara legislativa, haciendo uso de la cuota de soberanía que nos corresponde como ciudadanos (1.2CE). Se construye utilizando diferentes fuentes del ordenamiento jurídico español, de manera que es difícilmente refutable su legitimidad juridica y legalidad. Es una de las reivindicaciones de gran parte de los movimientos sociales surgidos al calor del 15 de Mayo de 2011, impulsándose desde la plataforma Democracia Real Ya.

Democracy 4.0 is a legal basis work, formally embodied in a Petition (art. 29 Spain’s Constitution), which claims the right to vote directly, approving the laws in a legislative chamber, using the share of sovereignty which belongs to us as citizens (art.1.2 Spain’s Constitution). It’s formuled using different sources of the Spanish legal system, so it is hardly refutable its legal legitimacy and legality. It is one of the claims of most of the social movements that emerged in the heat of May 15, 2011, starting for “Real Democracy Now” platform.
