Nuevas tecnologías y nuevos riesgos laborales : estrés y tecnoestrés

Abstract

Tanto el apego excesivo a las TICS, como el rechazo frontal a las mismas, da lugar a patrones de comportamiento disfuncionales. Aunque ambas posturas son potencialmente perjudiciales, en este artículo vamos a detenernos en la primera, debido a su relación con uno de los factores más perjudiciales para el logro de la calidad de vida en el trabajo: el estrés, y más concretamente en este caso, el tecnoestrés.____________________________Both the excessive attachment to the ICT, as the rejection front to them, leads to dysfunctional behavioral patterns.
