| dc.description.abstract | El matrimonio es analizado en este artículo como una institución jurídica cuyo objeto es garantizar que ambos cónyuges puedan celebrarlo libremente y que puedan llevar a cabo los fines del mismo. Partiendo de algunas etimologías propuestas tradicionalmente para la palabra matrimonio se concluye que la evolución de la institución matrimonial en nuestro sistema jurídico siempre ha tenido la preocupación de proteger la libertad de la mujer y así debe seguir siendo. | es_ES |
