Mediación social intercultural en el ámbito socioeducativo = Social mediation in the socio-educational field

Abstract

Se prensenta un estudio cuya finalidad ha sido delimitar el concepto y dimensiones de la mediación social intercultural, de forma específica en el ámbito educativo. Se ofrece información acerca de los objetivos, trabajo de cammpo, resultados y propuestas de actuación formuladas. A partir de este estudio se han elaborado recursos para la formación de educadores en mediación social intercultural. Estos recursos están siendo utilizados en un curso de formación a distancia adscrito al Programa de Enseñanza Abierta de la UNED.

A study is introduced whit the aim of delimiting the concept and dimensions of the social intercultural mediation, specifically in the educative field. Information is provided on the objectives, field work, results and proposals for action. Based on this study, resources have been developed for the training of educators in social intercultural mediation. These resources are being used in a distance formation course assigned to the Open Teaching Program of the UNED.
