Los accidentes de trabajo en la agricultura española durante el primer tercio del S. XX

Abstract

Centran el contenido de este trabajo, el comentario a la obra de Jornada de Pozas “Los accidentes de trabajo agrícola en España”, y el reflejo de la situación que atraviesa nuestro país en este ámbito a raíz de los avances normativos que permitirían la aplicación de la Ley de Accidentes de Trabajo de 1900 a la Agricultura. Tras analizar en primer lugar la evolución que va a conocer la agricultura española en el primer tercio del siglo XX, se comentarán los principales cambios legislativos que va a traer consigo la II República; y, por último, se tratará de arrojar algo de luz sobre las razones profundas que justificaron la discriminación padecida en este sector durante tres décadas.

They centre the content of this work, the comment to the work of Jordana de Pozas "The accidents of agricultural work in Spain," and the reflection of the situation that crosses our country in this area inmediately after the normative advances that would allow the application of the law of Work accidents of 1900 the Agriculture. After analyzing first the evolution that is going to know Spanish agriculture in the first third of the twentieth century, will be comment the principal legislative changes that it is going to bring the Second Republic; and, finally, it will be a question of throwing some light on the deep reasons that justified the discrimination suffered in this sector for three decades.
