dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo analiza los diferentes problemas jurisprudenciales que se han venido produciendo en el marco de la relación laboral especial de los discapacitados que trabajan en centros especiales de empleo. Especialmente se centra en el estudio del período de adaptación, el convenio colectivo aplicable y la subrogación de trabajadores en caso de sucesión de contratas.es_ES

It especially focuses on the study of the adaptation period, the applicable collective agreement and subrogation of workers in case of succession of contracts.es_ES
