Abstract
La generalización de las formas de empleo precarios a partir de los años setenta ha
propiciado la emergencia de la idea de seguridad social profesional inspirándose
en los ejemplos de Holanda y Dinamarca. Alude a una de las dos acepciones de la
flexiseguridad, la que no se conforma con ayudar lo mejor posible al trabajador
en su búsqueda de empleo, sino que pretende igualmente permitirle planificar
su carrera profesional. Este artículo explica cuáles deberían ser en Francia los
elementos de semejante sistema en términos de libertad profesional, de financiación
de las transiciones de un empleo a otro, de coordinación entre una antigua
y una nueva actividad, de protección social y de preservación de la identidad
profesional. Tras recordar los obstáculos a los que se enfrentan los asalariados
y la patronal en la puesta en marcha de una seguridad social profesional, se
constatan ciertos avances, este trabajo insiste en la amplitud de los cambios que
quedan por realizar para proteger las trayectorias profesionales.
The generalization of the forms of precarious employment from the seventies has propitiated the emergency of the idea of social professional safety inspiring by the examples of Holland and Denmark. It alludes to one of two meanings of the flexisecurity, which does not agree only with helping the worker in his search of employment, but it tries to allow him to plan his professional career. This article explains which should be in France the elements of that system in terms of professional freedom, financing the transitions of an employment to another one, coordination between the ancient and a new activity, social protection and preservation of the professional identity. After remembering the obstacles which employees and employers face in the creation of a social professional safety, certain advances are observed but this work insists on the extent of the changes that stay for realizing to protect the professional trajectory.
