Prevención frente al acoso escolar en los centros de Educación Primaria

Abstract

El acoso escolar se ha convertido en uno de los problemas más relevantes que afecta directamente a la comunidad educativa a nivel mundial. Pese a la existencia de normativas que luchan por erradicar esta problemática, cada vez son más los casos de agresiones, verbales o físicas, que tienen lugar en los centros educativos. Este hecho confirma que las medidas adoptadas no son suficientes para hacer frente a dicha cuestión. De ahí la importancia de incidir en medidas preventivas que contribuyan a frenar este tipo de conductas disruptivas en los centros educativos antes de su aparición. Las medidas propuestas se basan en el papel de las familias en coordinación y colaboración con el profesorado como principales responsables de la educación de sus hijos e hijas, la formación docente al respecto, el ambiente de aula como escenario donde promover una educación emocional y en valores, el desarrollo de las habilidades blandas y, finalmente, la innovación por medio del uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) como principal recurso para adaptarse a las necesidades del alumnado.Bullying has become one of the most relevant problems that directly affects the educational community worldwide. Despite the existence of regulations that strive to eradicate this problem, there are more and more cases of attacks, verbal or physical, that take place in educational centers. This fact confirms that the measures adopted are not sufficient to address this issue. Hence the importance of influencing preventive measures that contribute to stopping this type of disruptive behavior in educational centers before they appear. The proposed measures are based on the role of families in coordination and collaboration with teachers as the main responsible for the education of their sons and daughters, teacher training in this regard, the classroom environment as a setting in which to promote emotional education and values. , the development of soft skills and, finally, innovation through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as the main resource to adapt to the needs of students.
