dc.description.abstractEste artículo indaga la situación previa a la Constitución de Cádiz de 1812, sus bases filosóficas iluministas y su proyección en el derecho penal de la época, concretamente, su influencia en el Código Penal de 1822, en pleno “trienio liberal”, que constituye el nacimiento de la codificación penal en España.
