Abstract
This paper aims to expose the main elements of the proposal of solidarity economy, which is presented from thecritical perspective of the De/Coloniality of power. It is argued that in Mexico and Latin America a range of ongoing social practices are focusing at the social reproduction from a solidary and liberating rationality; “Other economies” such as the experience of Campesino Communities in Camino (Oaxaca, Mexico) are presented briefly. This Communities are prefiguring an alternative societal proposal that ends to eliminate relationships of domination and exploitation typical of the pattern of modern / colonial, capitalist, eurocentral and patriarchal power and it s imaginary of development.
