Abstract
Este trabajo pretende dar respuesta a las carencias de formación docente detectadas en una institución universitaria, en particular en lo que se refiere al rol de tutoría con soporte en entornos virtuales. Dicha institución cuenta con recursos tecnológicos y plataformas virtuales al servicio de la enseñanza virtual y como soporte a lo presencial.
Con el proyecto de formación que surge de este trabajo se proyecta ofrecer a los profesores las herramientas necesarias para proporcionar a sus estudiantes, materiales y actividades adecuadas al nivel educativo y a los objetivos específicos de sus áreas de enseñanza
This work seeks to address the shortcomings identified teacher training at a university, particularly in regard to the role of mentoring support in virtual environments. This institution has technological resources and virtual platforms to service-learning and as a support to face. With the training project that emerges from this work is projected to provide teachers with the tools needed to provide its students, materials and activities appropriate to the educational level and the specific objectives of their teaching areas
