Teoría del Quijote en Fernando Rielo

Abstract

We analyze the work of Fernando Rielo, Theory of Quixote, its Hispanic mysticism. A book that came up while on a lecture tour in the United States and Latin America in cultural centers and universities. Theory of Quixote has two distinct parts: issues and conferences. The first part consists of seven introductory explanatory questions to better understand the lectures are in the second half. The lectures are presented unchanged, as were read. Fernando Rielo used theories of Miguel de Unamuno, Ortega and Gasset, and Menendez Pidal. Among the ideas contained in the work is the passage of the Spanish mystic to the novel or the sight of Dulcinea as the Hispanic image of the Virgin Mary.

Analizaremos la obra de Fernando Rielo Teoría del Quijote, Su mística hispánica. Un libro que fue surgiendo mientras realizaba una gira de conferencias por los Estados Unidos e Hispanoamérica en centros culturales y universidades. Teoría del Quijote tiene dos partes diferenciadas: cuestiones y conferencias. La primera parte consta de siete cuestiones explicativas introductorias para entender mejor las conferencias que están en la segunda parte. Las conferencias se presentan sin variaciones, tal y como fueron leídas. Fernando Rielo utilizó teorías de Miguel de Unamuno, Ortega y Gasset, y Menéndez Pidal. Entre las ideas que figuran en la obra está el paso de la mística española a la novela o la visión de Dulcinea del Toboso como la imagen hispánica de la Virgen María.
