El Macizo de Pradorramisquedo: petrografía, geoquímica y aplicaciones industriales

Abstract

The Pradorramisquedo massif (NW Iberian Variscan Belt) is a granitic pluton emplaced into migmatized augen gneisses and banded gneisses that of"Olio de Sapo Croup". Its intrusion is subsequent to the two main deformative phases and to the low pressure metamorphic peak and relatedmigmatization of the Variscn Orogeny in the area. The petrological, mineralogical and chemical composition of this pluton is fairly homogeneous, and the more common rock type is a coarse to medium grained two mica peraluminous granite, poor In biotite and muscovite.
