Abstract
Este articulo pretende aportar claves fundamentales para comprender el proceso de reforma universitaria europea en el que nos encontramos. La Universidad española, y al compás toda la Universidad de hasta 40 países europeos, estará durante los próximos años inmersa en una reforma que sigue los pasos del llamado "proceso de Bolonia". La misma reforma pretende en suma, aumentar la calidad de la Universidad europea, hacerla más atractiva para todos los demás ciudadanos del mundo y teniendo una Universidad mejor aumentar los niveles de empleabilidad y bienestar para todos los ciudadanos europeos y de otras partes del mundo. Para ello se va a cambiar la Universidad en su estructura y sentido, afectando al paradigma reinante de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Todo este inmenso proceso está creando nuevas resistencias y planteando retos que marcarán el ritmo del futuro de la Universidad.

This huge task is currently causing resistance and challenges that will set the trend for the future of the University.
