Abstract
En el presente estudio, se realizó una revisión sistemática
utilizando la metodología PRISMA para evaluar
la efectividad de diversas estrategias y programas
destinados a mejorar la calidad de vida y el bienestar
psicológico en adultos mayores. Se analizaron bases
de datos como Scopus, SciELO, Web of Science, Dialnet,
Lilacs, Latindex, DOAJ, PubMed y Google Scholar.
Los hallazgos subrayan la importancia de abordar aspectos
sociales y psicológicos en las intervenciones,
destacando la interacción social y la participación en
actividades recreativas. Además, se resalta la eficacia
de intervenciones basadas en Psicología Positiva, terapias
de reminiscencia, revisión de vida y arteterapia.
Se recomienda adaptar estas intervenciones a diferentes
contextos culturales y continuar investigando
su efectividad para maximizar sus beneficios.
