Abstract
Gracias a esta revista sale a la luz el texto (revisado) de una conferencia sobre "Derecho civil e identidad nacional". La hipótesis del autor, documentada con argumentos y textos según una metodología histórico-comparada, destaca la "universalidad" de los códigos civiles, derivada del triunfo de algunos códigos-modelo y de la difusión de la cultura del derecho privado codificado.
