Hablar andaluz como acto político. Glotopolítica de la acción

Abstract

En este artículo expongo la diferencia entre el hecho glotopolítico del hablar y el hablar como acto político, poniendo el primer en relación con el hecho general del hablar y el segundo con la subjetividad subalternizada sociohistórica y políticamente. Esta subjetividad objetiva una estructura de dominación raciolingüística desde donde toma conciencia de la desvalorización de su variedad y descapitalización, así como de su opuesto: el privilegio lingüístico en el que diluir aparentemente las diferencias evitando así ser descapitalizado. Hablar y no en andaluz (variedad en la que centro el análisis) es un acto político para el ser andaluz.

In this article I expose the difference between the glotopolitical fact of speaking and speaking as a political act, putting the first in relation to the general fact of speaking and the second with a sociohistorically and politically subalternized subjectivity. This subjectivity normalizes a structure of raciolinguistic domination from where it becomes aware of the devaluation of its variety and his/her own decapitalization, as well as its opposite: the linguistic privilege in which to apparently dilute the differences thus avoiding being decapitalized. Speaking and not in Andalusian (variety in which I focus the analysis) is a political act for Andalusian people and other inferiorized peoples of the World.
