El magmatismo Toleítico, Trías-Lías, de la cadena pirenaica: afloramiento con interés en el Patrimonio Geológico

Abstract

In this paper, a selection o f the most important features of Triassic tholeiitic dolerites in the Pyrenean domain, and the description of the best outcrops of this magmatism are exposed. The inclusion o f these outcrops as parts of the Geological Heritage, is suggested, as they have a great scientific interest - well exposed rocks and processes-, and this magmatism represents a crucial event for the comprehension of the history of the early Alpine times.
