Metodología utilizada en la enseñanza de los contenidos deportivos durante la E.S.O

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende estudiar la metodología utilizada por los profesores en la enseñanza de los contenidos deportivos durante la Educación Secundaria. Se estudió un total de 63 docentes a los que se les suministró un cuestionario. Los datos fueron analizados usando el paquete estadístico SPSS (13.0). Los principales resultados muestran que al desarrollar los contenidos deportivos los profesores utilizan aspectos característicos de ambos métodos de enseñanza, el activo y el tradicional. La asimilación de los elementos técnicos es más valorada que la de los tácticos. La competición, como medio de aprendizaje, es más utilizada por los docentes con menos tiempo de servicio, licenciados en Educación Física y con experiencia en escuelas deportivas.

The main aim of this paper is to study the used methodology by Secondary School teachers at the Sports Syllabus teaching. 63 teachers were contacted and becomes the basis of this study. The data’s and figures were analyzed using the statistics program SPSS (13.0). The results show us that when they develop the contents of the syllabus they are using the traditional and active methods of teaching. They are giving more value to the assimilation of the technical elements than the tactical ones. Competition, as a way of learning, is the widely method used by teachers with less teaching experience In opposition to the graduated teachers who have has a degree in Physical Education and also with sports schools’ experience.
